Do you think this could be you? To pursue our ambitious growth strategy, we are looking for a Personal Assistant (m/f/d) to the CMO. In this position, you will facilitate the CMO’s daily work in overseeing the calendar, managing internal and external communication, making travel arrangements and supporting on daily tasks.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Coordinating and managing day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks for the CMO
  • Organizing the CMO’s calendar and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Arranging travel and accommodation as well as managing expenses, paying bills and preparing expense reports for the CMO
  • Organizing meetings and taking care of related tasks
  • Preparing documents, handling inquiries, and organizing presentations for meetings
  • Promoting the company’s image by representing the CMO in a professional manner

You come with:

  • Several years of executive-level support experience, and/or relevant experience or education as e.g. personal assistant, hotel, office manager
  • Detail orientation, extraordinary organizational skills and efficient way of working
  • Ability to manage strict deadlines and competing priorities
  • Full command of office software, esp. Word, Google Docs, Powerpoint
  • High service mentality and an understanding of business processes
  • Excellent social and communication skills in German and English
