We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Performance Marketing Specialist - Internship In this role you will plan, execute and optimize digital marketing and communication campaigns to help improve our clients’ and their brands/products’ search ranking, discoverability, click through and conversion rate with the end goal of maximizing revenue while optimizing ROI of investments. 

You will contribute to delivering important objectives, monitoring results and providing recommendations and strategies to exceed client expectations.

The internship leads to a full-time permanent offer and provides competitive compensation. Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent communication skills (Italian and English) 
  • Previous work experience in marketing, ecommerce, SEO
  • Ability to prioritize and juggle many activities while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Data driven approach and ability to analyse data to decide on the appropriate course of action
  • High IT Literacy proven use of web and associated technologies (Excel, Power Point, Google apps)
  • Passionate for technology start-ups and e-commerce  
  • Team player with strong willingness to collaborate and bring value to the project

    As a Digital Strategic Account Manager, you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of key strategic clients
  • Develop and lead initiatives to significantly grow clients’ business on e-marketplaces
  • Drive project delivery, analyzing key metrics, implementing appropriate actions, monitoring results, and ensuring timely delivery and achievement of business targets
  • Effectively articulate insights and knowledge in the form of client deliverables.
  • Utilize the most innovative e-marketplace tools and solutions to scale activities across the client base

    Requirements:

    Passionate for technology start-ups and e-commerce  

  • 1-2 years of relevant Consulting, eCommerce or Trade Marketing experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset with a test-measure-iterate approach
  • Experience working across multiple teams and projects to deliver significant impact on the business
  • Ability to lead senior client discussions
  • Ability to manage and prioritize well across competing requirements; project management skills and experience is valued
  • Excellent communication skills (Italian and English); other European languages (German, French, Spanish) are preferred
  • IT Literacy: high. Proven use of web and associated technologies in driving traffic and sales in an online environment is preferred
  • Strong Excel and Access skills and working knowledge of SQL and JavaScript is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree
