The company was founded by ex-senior Manager of Amazon and currently provides technology and marketing tools to over 50 brands including 3M, Barilla, Lavazza, LG increasing sales and improving brand positioning on leading marketplaces.


We are seeking an Accounting and Recruiting Coordinator who will be responsible for performing bookkeeping and payroll activities as well as managing the recruiting processes 

Responsibilities:

Accounting

Handle daily cash management and reporting

Invoice clients and enter accounts payable/receivable

Authorize monthly, quarterly and year-end tax payments

Process monthly payroll

Manage regular ordering and organizing of general office supplies

Manage clients’ billing/invoicing ad hoc questions/requests

Assist external accounting company with any questions/needs

Recruiting

Manage the recruitment, selection, onboarding and promotion processes

Source candidates through various channels (social, paid, university job portals, etc) for the required open positions

Screen candidates based on CV review and conducting the first phone interview

Interact with external HR consultant re new employee contracts and questions regarding compensation

Ensure new employee work station (e.g., computer, badge, keys) needs are met

Handle vacation requests and other administrative questions/issues

Maintain employee files and compensation/wage structure

Requirements:

2+ years of relevant experience in payroll, admin and/or accounting

Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Previous experience with accounting tool (e.g., fattureincloud) is a strong plus

Interviewing skills and experience is a plus

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, attention to detail, strong follow-through and the demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
