In this role you will lead the marketing activities of Witailer working closely with the Sales team. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and achieving sales targets. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with clients, from first contact up until contract signing and the onboarding phase. You will be key to contributing to our long-term business growth.





As Inside Sales Executive you will:



  • Plan and execute the paid search, social media strategy
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Identify and test new and innovative growth opportunities
  • Present our company and solutions to potential clients and partners
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Work closely with the Sales and Leadership team
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services or customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
  • Team player with strong willingness to collaborate and bring value to the project
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Data driven approach and ability to analyse data to decide on the appropriate course of action
  • Ability to prioritize and juggle many activities while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Passion for technology start-ups and e-commerce
  • Excellent communication skills (Italian and English) and negotiation skills
