In this role you will be responsible for delivery of key client analytics and consulting projects. You will develop analytical insights that measure our clients’ performance across key inputs (such as content quality, discoverability, pricing/promotions, customer experience, etc.). On the basis of this data, you will articulate key insights and best practices, provide a recommendation on the overall e-marketplace strategy, set ambitious revenue objectives and define detailed action plans to reach these goals.

Additionally, you will lead the thinking and lead the development of monitoring tools/dashboard (Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau) to report on key results achieved of clients and draw out insights on further optimization opportunities. You will also be involved in the maintenance of the back-end and front-end architecture of the Witailer Marketplace Intelligence, the proprietary analytical tool that mines companies’ e-marketplace data.

You will have many opportunities to learn and develop new skills and will work with innovative e-marketplace, data visualization and business analysis tools. You will have the possibility of being directly coached by a team of senior managers with a wealth of experience gained from top international FMCG, Consulting and e-commerce companies (e.g., Amazon).


This is a full-time position and provides competitive compensation



Requirements:

• At least one year of experience working in Consulting, Trade Marketing, e-Commerce or similar environment

• Bachelor’s degree, concentration in business, marketing, or engineering preferred

• Passionate about technology start-ups and e-commerce

• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset with a test-measure-iterate approach

• Excellent communication skills (Italian and English)

• Ability to manage and prioritize well across competing requirements

• High IT Literacy proven use of web and associated technologies (Excel, Power Point, Google apps)

• Previous experience with Data Visualization tools (Tableau, Data Studio) is strongly preferred

• Ability to interact with directly and influence senior clients
