At Witailer, you will learn everything about e-commerce and the recipe for success on e-marketplace platforms through focus on content quality, marketing, promotions and customer experience and you will have the possibility of being directly coached by a team of experienced managers coming from top international FMCG, Consulting and E-commerce companies.



What you'll do


As a Sales Account Executive, you will seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers, from the first contact up until contract signing and the onboarding phase.


Your main responsibilities will be:


  • Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities

  • Identifying and testing new growth opportunities

  • Presenting our company and solutions to potential clients and partners

  • Building long-term trusting relationships with clients

  • Working closely with the Sales and Leadership team

  • Identifying client needs and suggesting appropriate products/services or customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction

  • Supporting project delivery working together with Business Intelligence/Tech team for integration of Witailer Tech solutions

  • Providing recommendations to clients to ensure long term growth on online marketplaces

Requirements:
  • Passion for technology start-ups and e-commerce

  • 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role

  • Team player with a strong willingness to cooperate and bring value to the project

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)

  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset with a test-measure-iterate approach

  • Experience working across multiple teams and projects to deliver a significant impact on the business

  • Excellent communication skills (Italian and English); other European languages (German, French, Spanish) would be a plus

  • IT Literacy: high. Proven use of web and associated technologies in driving traffic and sales in an online environment is preferred

  • Strong Excel and Access skills

  • Bachelor’s degree
