What you'll do


As a Senior Business Development Manager, your main responsibilities will be:


  • Developing and executing a sales plan to increase adoption of Witailer Solutions & Software
  • Actively supporting sales team in discovering potential opportunities with prospect at local and international level
  • Driving marketing initiatives to increase awareness and consideration of Witailer Solutions & Software
  • Building relationship with key digital and e-commerce leaders and develop joint business plans
  • Providing recommendations to clients to ensure long term growth on online marketplaces
  • Team management

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent communication skills (Italian and English)
  • Previous work experience in marketing, e-commerce, SEO
  • Ability to prioritize and juggle many activities while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Data driven approach and ability to analyse data to decide on the appropriate course of action
  • High IT Literacy proven use of web and associated technologies (Excel, Power Point, Google apps)
  • Passion for technology start-ups and e-commerce
  • A team player with strong willingness to cooperate and bring value to the project
