  Operations & HRIS  

  • You will be the first person our employees look for when they have HR related questions. By providing an empathic and considerate approach you will make sure all our employees feel supported.
  • You will be a close partner to our Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Finance and Leadership team in a number of areas.
  • Leveraging your past experience and strong work ethic you will ensure our HR Operations data, process and tools are thorough, efficient and up to the high standards, we pride ourselves on as an HR team.
  • You will be the owner of our compliance by monitoring and executing against changes in legislation and market updates.
  • Work with Head of HR and Talent Acquisition to develop and improve our reporting, covering Headcount reporting, HR Analytics, Budget Mgt, Diversity and more.

  • You will lead the design, delivery, and administration of all compensation and benefits programs and processes including the bi-annual review process, incentives, ESOP grants and benefits offerings and renewals.
  • You will provide consultation to members of leadership and HR Business Partner & Talent Acquisition colleagues on market practices and provide recommendations for changes and enhancements to plans.    
  • You will perform job evaluations for new, existing, or re-defined jobs to determine pay range eligibility.
  • About you
  • Proven experience in HR Operations including German labor law, auditing, documentation, and SLAs.
  • Knowledge and expertise of benefits and compensation including pay reviews, benefits etc.
  • Customer-Centric attitude and natural empathy and desire to support diverse international individuals.
  • Deep knowledge and passion for effective HR Systems e.g Bamboo, Peakon, Greenhouse
  • Proven ability to influence decision-making through detailed analysis, innovative recommendations and demonstration of expertise  
  • Ability to look at things from a strategic lens and the ability to translate them to HR processes and positive business impact
  • Get things done attitude, you aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty to deliver great work
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills to influence change and decision-making
  • Data-informed mindset, who understands the value of reporting. You also know how to pivot and v-lookup.

    Wooga is the studio that has brought you some of the best puzzle games on the App Store. Our wonderfully creative studio in Berlin has shipped games like Jelly Splash, Diamond Dash, Futurama: Game of Drones and Bubble Island 1 & 2.

    We are looking for a concept artist for the next generation, hidden object game. Concept artist in Wooga is working closely with our story writers, product managers, and game designers on creating art of highest quality, that our players around the world will love!

    Some of your responsibilities include:

  • Close collaboration with design and writers team to create concept art and storyboards for our new project
  • Creating illustrations that are emotionally compelling scenes bringing the story to life

    Job purpose :
    This exciting internship position, which is part of our Young Talent program, is open to students currently enrolled in a university. As part of the program, you will join one of our game development studios and become a fully integrated team member. Here you will learn how we develop games and advance your skills through a combination of instructed training and hands-on experience. You will quickly be given your own projects where you will have the opportunity to contribute towards the improvements of our games. You will be able to bring in your own ideas and realize projects that will be played by millions of players all around the world. You will work on the development of our newest games based on Unity for iOS and Android.

    About you

  • Bachelor or masters students currently enrolled at a university in a Games Programming (highly preferred), Computer Science, or similar program  
  • You must be able to dedicate at least 6 months to the internship and must be enrolled as a student during this entire period
  • Previous experience working with Unity 3D
  • Knowledge in any of the following a plus: mobile development, C#, Objective-C, Actionscript, Ruby, OOP
  • Extraordinary achievement in your studies
  • Strong affinity for social media, particularly social games
  • Eager to code with an ability to learn fast and familiarize yourself with new subjects areas
  • Good product and design sense
  • A ‘getting things done’ mentality
  • Excellent English communication skills and a strong capacity for teamwork

    Wooga’s Adventure Studio is known for its high-quality visuals, as can be seen in games such as Agent Alice and Pearls Peril. Now, our latest live game June’s Journey team requires a Lead Artist. In this role, you will lead an enthusiastic and talented art team to consistently produce work to the Wooga standard.

    An Art Lead at Wooga motivates and nurtures their team, ensuring consistent delivery of value to our players. Some of your responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and mentoring our internal artists, as well as providing guidance and advice to our external teams
  • Providing high-level guidance on the art style and vision of the game
  • Ensuring that the style is consistent within the project while setting and communicating explicit expectations of the highest quality of work
  • Maintaining relationships and transparency with key stakeholders; writers, game designers, programmers etc.
  • Being a hands-on part of the art team, producing and creating assets
  • About you

  • Proven experience of creating game art for a published game, from conception to release.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a high level of artistic and visual creativity
  • People management experience and practical knowledge of leading an internal team of 5+ artists
  • Great communication skills, you know how to mentor, engage and motivate your team, while ensuring constant knowledge exchange
  • Experience in collaboration with other functions of the company, like Product, Engineering, Design etc., as well as working with external teams
  •   Nice to Have
