Job purpose :

At Wooga, the localization team strives to provide translations of the highest quality. As one of the team’s localization managers, you will make it possible for people around the world to enjoy our games. We are a small international team bringing our passion for languages and games together. Working in an agile environment allows us to constantly review and optimize our tools and processes, ensuring the same fun, natural experience in all languages we support.

What you’ll be doing
  • Managing the entire localization and LQA process of our games, emails, fan page posts, websites, and FAQs through various communication and management tools
  • Ensuring correct, consistent, and (most importantly) fun translations
  • Managing external vendors and freelancers to make sure we have the right partner for each project
  • Monitoring and measuring the quality of translations
  • Creating style guides and briefs for external partners
  • Researching language trends and performance using internal and external databases
  • Analysing and presenting localization data to internal and external stakeholders
  • Using agile work methods for improved teamwork and quality
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders inside and outside the game teams to ensure effective collaboration
  • About you
  • You can demonstrate several years of successfully managing multiple projects within a localization or translation department
  • Ideally, you have gathered this experience in a company focused on mobile games or other form of mobile entertainment
  • Experience with vendor management
  • Knowledge of tools and processes in localization, e.g. Crowdin, MemoQ etc.
  • Passion for languages, their quirks, and national idiosyncrasies
  • You have an interest in games, ideally casual mobile games!
  • Working knowledge of two languages; excellent written and spoken English. Additional languages used at Wooga would be a bonus!
  • You have a proactive mindset, take initiative and are eager to learn
  • Fast learner and quick adapter, not afraid of change

    We are looking for a Core Game Artist, who will work closely with artists, writers, designers, engineers, product managers, and producers, to produce original and high-quality 2D/3D game art components that push the creative boundaries of the player experiences. Among others, you will be also creating animations, particle effects and other visual effects in Unity. You will also participate in R&D of new techniques to implement into the production pipeline.

    About the job

    We are looking for a Product Manager who will join us to be responsible for the growth of one of Wooga’s Live Games.

    Wooga is on its way to establish market leadership in story-driven casual games and create joyful everyday experiences for our players. Our next Product Manager will have the unique opportunity to spearhead and take ownership over one of our ever-evolving most successful games, which combines strong storytelling with high polish and tight mechanics.

    As a Product Manager you will deliver on goals for the growth of your game by channeling your strong product mindset to ensure we find a balance between delivering fantastic player experiences and maximizing revenue potential. You should be an excellent team player who knows how to positively influence cross-functional teams in order to implement features that will ultimately put our games above all competitors in the eyes of our players.

    What you will be doing:
  • Take ownership for KPI growth and LiveOps events and monetization.
  • Set the priorities for feature roadmap, strategize and map KPI improvements to that plan.
  • Work with analysts and Data Science to help set short- and long-term financial targets based on understanding player behaviour, segmentation, and game metrics.
  • Communicate with the players of the game to understand qualitative feedback.
  • Own the rollout plan of tested features post-A/B phase.
  • Working with Finance, create and update relevant financial and KPI models and business forecasts.
  • Run the monthly business review meeting for the game.
  • Partner with Marketing and User acquisition on customer understanding plan (research), growth channels and campaigns.
  • Contribute to driving forward product management as a discipline within Wooga and be part of a collaborative team of industry-leading product managers.

    Working on our new free-to-play narrative title, the writer’s assistant will provide administrative support to the writing team as well as contributing creatively to the storytelling process.
