• Creating, balancing and rebalancing levels for our puzzle games
• Testing, testing and more testing of all levels and reporting of all bugs
• Analyzing data and metrics to adjust levels accordingly
• Contributing to designs for new game modifiers
• Remaining ‘up-to-date’ on the casual puzzle game market and competitive titles
• Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and artists

• You must absolutely love casual mobile puzzle games
• You have played hundreds of casual puzzle game levels (e.g. Match-3, bubble shooters) across multiple top grossing games
• You can deconstruct and analyze mechanics in free-to-play mobile games
• You have analytical capabilities and a sense of game pacing and balancing
• You have the ability to effectively manage time and work efficiently
• You are constantly trying to improve your skills and are eager to receive constructive criticism
• You love to work in a team and do whatever it takes to release excellent levels
• Your English communication skills are tip-top
