At Wooga, Data Science plays an instrumental role in driving the successful development and ongoing operation of our games. We explore new methodologies, build machine learning models, and delve deep into every aspect of our data to identify opportunities and make a real impact on our business.  We are looking for an analytically minded individual who would be excited to contribute to Wooga’s growth.

• You will join our Data Insights team and experience Big Data from collection and tracking, through analysis, to communication and then action.  
• You will have the opportunity to use experiments, advanced analytics, and machine learning to find levers for product optimization
• You will aggregate vast amounts of data into dashboards and reports, finding the most efficient means of extraction and representation
• Communication will be a vital part of your work. You’ll work with product managers, game designers, and programmers and need to be able to translate complex analyses to diverse audiences.

• You are currently enrolled at a university in a relevant degree program and will remain enrolled for the duration of the internship
• You are enthusiastic about games, can think analytically about what makes a game great
• You are able to apply your analytical skills to solve real-life problems
• You are proficient with at least one data analytics tool (R, Pandas, etc.) and SQL
• You have a good understanding of statistics and probability theory
• Working in a team is no problem for you: You seek feedback to iterate and contribute to improvements
• You are a curious person and eager to improve your skills and learn how to apply them
• Knowledge  of common machine learning techniques is an advantage
