Description
We are looking for an experienced Game Designer who will join us to be responsible for creating outstanding content for the metagame of an upcoming casual free-to-play title. As a Game Designer, you will make sure that our players have a rewarding and engaging game experience.
What you will be doing
Working with our team of engineers, product people, and artists, you will design and drive the development of in-game features and assets for a project with an extensive content scope, including working on:
- environment customization
- profiles and management of collectable items
- quest system
- daily missions
Skills we are looking for
One of your main contributions to the project will be will be defining & configuring content that will create a consistent & enthralling world. In order to execute this goal, you should have experience in:
- defining & maintaining a steady and scalable content creation pipeline
- overseeing the entire process of metagame content creation working with
- Writers to ensure thematic fit of content which is highly intertwined into the story and quest system
- Artists to ensure an outstanding execution of defined characters, decorations and other assets
Additional Skills
- You have a great eye and taste for visual effects and can help artists and engineers make the right decisions in this area
- You should be a creative mind with a soft spot for narrative driven games
- You should have no problem with joining a game where the big system decisions are already in place, where you will be incorporating and building on top of the existing designs
- Having worked on casual Puzzle or Simulation games before is a big plus PLUS
- You are willing to get hands-on to support the rest of the design team to execute on schedule
- You have experience in managing and configuring content
- You have an eye for spellíng mistakes in IDs
- You should feel comfortable with Unity
