Description
We are looking for an experienced Game Designer who will join us to be responsible for managing story-related features and owning the scene creation of an upcoming hidden object game.
As a Game Designer, you will make sure that our players have a rewarding and engaging game experience. Working with our team of engineers, product people, and artists, you will design and drive the development of puzzles and hidden object scenes, as well as in-game features for an upcoming project, including:
- Defining UX and managing the production of the scenes, including the facilitation of design meetings with story writers and artists
- Managing the lifecycle of story-related features in close collaboration with the Creative Lead, Story Writers and Artists
- Setting the difficulty of the Hidden Object scenes and creating interesting dynamics within both the scene and chapter progression
- Giving the game's UI a voice and keep up player immersion by making sure new features integrate perfectly with the core experience
Who we are looking for
- In addition to a few years of relevant, professional game design experience, you have worked on a multi-platform mobile free-to-play game before, ideally on a Puzzle and/or Hidden Object title
- You have worked on frequent content delivery and know how to set scope and quality of the content
- You work with an agile mindset and are familiar with the various stages of game production
- You bring first hand experience running usability and playtests of gameplay elements and new content
- You are constantly looking for ways to improve the way the team works and to improve yourself professionally
- Your English skills are excellent
