About the job
We are looking for someone to be a part of our wonderfully creative office based in the heart of Berlin. You will lead an art team on one of our most exciting upcoming casual genre titles. You will be responsible for building and executing the artistic vision as well as making sure your art team delivers on that vision. Wanna check out a bit more behind the scenes of our office? What you will be doing

  • Defining and maintaining the visual style and quality of the title with the game artists.
  • Visual realisation of game concepts and ideas with the team.
  • Development of game artists’ skills.
  • Being hands-on in producing concept art, which will form the basis for the game's characters, environments, and theme.
Who are we looking for
  • You are a very creative person with a passion for games and strong visual thinking.
  • You have 8+ years of industry experience.
  • Your professional experience includes leading a team of artists in the gaming industry.
  • You have a proven ability to deliver fresh visual solutions that are fun, technically sound and on time.
  • You not only can be a great teammate, but can work autonomously.
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in graphic design and/or illustration, or comparable.
  • You are able to communicate and oversee the product marketing vision.
Essential to the job are:
    • Previous experience of leading Art teams
    • Expertise in a range of creative software
    • An outstanding Portfolio
    • Self Discipline and Organizational Skills

    • A Passion for puzzle games
