Grant Manager

Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Grant Manager, who will be responsible for managing the process of funding procurement. This involves researching and selecting funding opportunities, submitting the application forms and compiling a final report of the process.

Vital for the role are good analytical and writing skills, independent working abilities, a good method and good organisational skills, to ensure a smooth-running process that does not miss any opportunity.

Your tasks:

• Research national government and EU funding opportunities to support the development of Xnext;

• Compile and send the necessary application forms in compliance with the appropriate procedures and deadlines, coordinating efforts with other teams involved, when applicable;

• Constantly monitor and report to Management the on-going application processes;

• Prepare and control budgets;

• Implement and manage an index of both the obtained and the actionable funding opportunities.

Your profile:

• Brilliant graduate in Economics, Communication, Public Relations or relevant field; 

• Previous experience in Project Management, preferably in European Planning (Horizon Programme 2020);

• Ability to independently organise your work respecting deadlines;

• Ability to compile on-point, detailed and clear technical reports;

• Data-based analytical approach;

• Good relational and communication skills;

• Fluency in English and Italian; a further European language is a plus;

• Excellent familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM systems and related digital tools.
