We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our Team in Berlin!

In your role as a Business Development Associate, your mission will be to support the launch of Babbel for Polish speakers. Working closely with the country managers, you will play an integral role in delivering an exciting project across a diverse cross-departmental team. You will take the lead on market analysis and defining our go-to-market strategy.

You are:

• Communicative and collaborative
• Inquisitive and analytical

• Comfortable challenging prevailing beliefs with new insights
• Available for a minimum of 6 months

You have:

• Ideally completed your Masters degree in Business or Engineering
• Market research experience
• A solution-oriented mindset
• Top-notch communication and organizational skills
• Excellent command of English
• Comprehensive understanding of the current trends & technologies

 Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Polish

  Project management skills in a technical environment

  First professional experience in marketing

  
  

You will:

• Support the product localisation for a new market launch
• Research the Polish language-learning and online advertising markets
• Create a go-to-market strategy and present recommendations to project lead
