We are looking for a CRM Manager to join our Berlin Mitte office!


In your mission at Babbel, you would be guiding registered users through their lifecycle, inform them how online language learning with Babbel works, convert them into customers and help them master their learning language while remaining active learners.


You will:


  • Plan and manage Email and Push campaigns
  • Maximise Babbel's revenue by converting leads into loyal customers
  • Create and manage Sales campaigns with performance targets
  • Create Lifecycle campaigns to increase conversion rates and customer engagement
  • Ensure that all campaigns are executed accurately and on time
  • Set up and analyse A/B tests to gain insights into consumer behaviour

You have: 


  • 2+ years Email or Push Marketing experience in a performance-driven environment, including customer retention and/or loyalty programs
  • Creativity and decent copywriting skills
  • Good analytical thinking skills
  • Attention to detail, eagerness to learn, willingness to ‘walk the extra mile’ to make sure everything is just right
  • Understanding of Email Marketing KPI
  • Fluent in English

Nice to have:


  • Knowledge of Canadian or Australian market as these are key markets in the Rest of World region.
  • Understanding of user life-cycles in an online subscription business
  • Knowledge in Email coding and/or design
  • Project Management experience
