We are looking for a Finance Systems Manager (all genders) to join our Finance team in Berlin!

You will:

• Support the Finance Team with financial system administration
• Support during the creation and the change management of the master data in our finance IT systems
• Optimize master data management
• Control data quality and resolve potential errors and discrepancies
• Deal with ad-hoc requests from the finance teams for system related matters
• Train finance team members on functionality of financial systems
• Support in optimizing the financial system landscape
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders from other departments and external consultants

You have:

• A successfully completed business or technical education
• First relevant professional experience with financial IT systems
• Keen technical interest and the ability to apply knowledge of one tool to another
• An independent, careful and detail-oriented working method
• General knowledge of financial processes
• Business fluent in English and at least B2 level in German (spoken and written)
• Confident handling MS Word and Excel

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of VBA, SQL, Rest APIs
• Experience with Sage and/or Jedox
