We are looking for an Inhouse Trainer (f/m/d) for our Human Resources Team in Berlin!

As the Inhouse Trainer, you will be part of Babbel Academy and will work closely with the Learning & Development team to plan and execute a variety of training sessions for line managers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Academy’s Training program and help to upscale both impact and quality
• Develop and run a variety of inhouse training sessions such as communication, feedback, appraisals and general leadership
• Design and develop further training programs based on both the organisations and individuals need together with team L&D
• Keep all training material up to date and organise the facilitation and execution of training schedules (also includes future e-learning)
• Evaluate all training sessions and get feedback from participants and suggest improvements if needed
• You are part of Babbel culture and shape it together with team

Requirements

• At least 5 years of classroom training experience or equivalent
• Knowledge of principles and methods for training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups
• Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and instruct via written, oral, and visual media
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strategic thinking with the ability to combine empathy for individual needs with organizational perspective
