We are looking for a (Junior) Marketing Manager B2B to join our Team in Berlin!

In this role, you will be part of a four-person team specialised in performance marketing across various channels for our B2B audience. We are looking for someone with a logical, strategic mind and excellent attention to detail with experience in paid online marketing. The ideal candidate will be able to pull insights from data and work also with our sales & accounting team to constantly improve the whole customer journey.

You have:

• First experience in performance marketing (min. 1 year in PPC, SEM, Display, Content Distribution or Paid Social)
• A strong affinity for numbers and knowledge of Excel and Google Spreadsheets
• Proficient fluent English, German is a plus

You will be:

• Implementing, managing and optimizing our paid lead acquisition campaigns via various channels, e.g. SEM, display, mailing, social and content marketing
• Developing and improving reports and analytics of paid campaigns and content performance
