We are looking for a part-time (30 hours per week) English-speaking Customer Service Consultant (f/m/d) to start immediately in our office in Berlin, Germany!


As a Customer Service Consultant (f/m/d) - English Speaker, your mission will be to provide outstanding levels of customer service via email, phone, live chat, and social media channels. This also means you will function effectively within the current team and be a great team player. You will be making first-level decisions and developing effective ways of processing large amounts of ever-varying information.


You are:


  • A quick and eager learner who is fast and reliable.
  • An excellent English speaker with very strong communication skills - both written and spoken.
  • Self-directed, motivated and someone who uses your initiative – you have a great track record when it comes to getting important, hard work done without being supervised.
  • A great team player who is friendly and respectful.
  • A star at what you do. We don’t just want our customers to be happy, we want them to be over the moon!

You have:


  • At least one year’s experience in handling high numbers of customer requests via email and telephone for an online business.
  • The expertise to handle those requests in a quick and effective way whilst maintaining high customer service standards.
  • The skills to process large amounts of information and to keep on top of that information in an ever-changing environment.

You will be:


  • Effectively resolving incoming customer questions and requests through all supported channels (email, contact form, phone, chat, social media, app store reviews, etc.).
  • Providing a high level of customer satisfaction by solving issues quickly and competently.
  • Developing levels of expertise through training, departmental and company-wide events.
