If you can translate didactic concepts, product features, scientific findings, and learning strategies into engaging hiqh-quality marketing content that targets a B2B audience, read on!The Babbel for Business Team is looking for a German-speaking (Senior) Content Marketing Writer to join our Marketing & Content Team in Berlin. In this role, you will be responsible for the creation, development, implementation, and adoption of Babbel B2B's content. You will work closely with the Content team to define successful messaging and creative assets that support our customer value proposition, and deliver disruptive content to help accelerate business growth. You will collaborate with our B2B Marketing and Sales Team to test and validate new concepts and formats.To succeed in this role...

You need:

• A natural ability to tell engaging stories with relevant and sticky content
• Excellent editorial and copywriting skills, especially outlining and writing long-form content, editing and proofreading
• Customer obsession; you are driven to understand their needs and translate them into useful content
• A deep understanding of content marketing and performance measurement
• Expertise in the B2B marketing funnel, the buyer’s journey, and marketing automation
• A strong skill and knowledge base in content creation, preferably in the B2B area
• Ability to effortlessly manage the entire content lifecycle in a deeply collaborative setting 

You will:

• Create customer-centric content that makes complex processes and topics understandable and relatable. You'll work both independently and in cross-team collaborations
• Turn around briefs on tight timelines and handle parallel priorities
• Drive the development and oversee the production of new content assets, including Whitepapers, eBooks, interactive web experiences, infographics, videos, lead nurturing emails, and more
• Come up with creative content concepts and effectively pitch them to your collaborators
• Find creative and engaging ways to position and explain our products and features
• Focus on continuous improvement by iterating and optimizing existing and new content  

Our key requirements are:

• Native or native-level German speaker
• Solid experience with content marketing writing
• Experience in B2B content marketing is a plus
• Skills in data-driven decision-making, and the aim to foster growth and continually optimize and improve content assets and usage
• Passionate about storytelling and customer centricity  
• Self-motivated, organized, fun, and a teamplayer
• Experience working in or writing about B2B technologies or language learning is a plus
