We are looking for a Senior Growth Strategist (f/m/d) for our office in Berlin!

Your mission as a Senior Growth Strategist will be to identify & validate the future growth levers for Babbel’s footprint in over 160 countries worldwide. You will be helping all language learners from Greenland to New Zealand learn foreign languages.

You will

• Be the champion of a growth mindset within the company & the marketing team
• Define Babbel’s growth strategy together with the Marketing Leadership
• Develop & lead growth projects, including new channels, partnerships and new market entries
• Lead project teams that aim at validating future growth ideas
• Coach & spar with the Country Managers and Marketing Leadership team around growth ideation
• Drive analysis and share actionable insights across geographies
• Establish a culture of experimentation & failure
• Reporting to the Director of International Growth

You have

• 5+ years of experience in strategic marketing, strategy consulting, growth functions and/or new market entries
• Full fluency in spoken and written English. Language learning passion is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strategic thinking
• Solid analytical skills and finance understanding
• Previous experience with an online and/or subscription business model is a plus.
• Previous leadership experience is a plus, project leadership experience a minimum.
• Team player with an entrepreneurial start-up attitude, hands-on mentality, high motivation and willingness to learn.
• International work experience & business network
