The Babbel for Business Team is looking for a Senior B2B Conversion Funnel Manager to join our B2B Team in Berlin. In this role, you will own the digital flow from landing page to conversion.


Our team was established 1.5 years ago in order to offer our language-learning products to business customers. Since then we have build up product, sales and marketing capabilities. Now we need an expert who brings us to the next level of conversion and lead nurturing.


You will:


  • Set up and improve the path that website visitors go through from first visit to purchase
  • Build different (semi)-automated nurturing flows for different segments and personas
  • Experiment with elements along the flow: brainstorm, plan, execute, learn and optimize
  • Improve conversion rate
  • Report to the Director B2B Susanne Wechsler

You have:


  • Hands-on and getting things done attitude
  • Access to Hubspot as platform
  • A great content marketing team to create assets together with our own designer
  • Digital experts with experience within the organization helping you ramp up quickly
  • Support of junior team members that co-create with you along the way
  • A motivated sales and account management team that enjoys building a new business unit
  • Budget to try paid activities

You need:


  • 5-7 years of experience in the field
  • Interest and initiative suggesting and utilizing state of the art technology
  • A sense for (technical) details but equally a sense of pragmatism to get things live and improve later
  • The ability to work full-time in Berlin
  • A deep commitment to digital marketing and passion for A/B testing to drive revenue and business results
  • Strong English skills
