With an ever-growing team, our office is rapidly expanding in size and our IT infrastructure is increasing in complexity. Thirsty for smooth setups and tools that work perfectly, we’re looking for a passionate, bright, and driven IT professional eager to bring our IT game to the next level. With your excellent IT skills you’ll help us build and maintain the best working environment ever.

A few examples of your responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain the network infrastructure and automation system of our office, taking care of redesigning and upgrading them when needed, paying special attention to their integration with our internal tools. Ensure the correct setup and maintenance of all working stations, the A/V system, and any other technical devices made available in the office.
  • Ensure the correct configuration of all the SaaS we use, optimizing for productivity and security. Troubleshoot a wide range of software and hardware issues, providing on-site support.
  • Boost your colleagues’ efficiency supporting them with any technical issue and providing proper training on the usage of their tools, especially during their on- and off-boarding.
  • Take an active role in identifying the infrastructural needs of the company in terms of hardware and software equipment, and participate in defining the plan to fulfil them in order to boost our productivity and the enjoyment we find in our work.

What We Offer

  • Cool tech stack. We strive to use the best, most modern tools and technologies, and when they fall short of our expectations we invent our own. It’s a geek’s paradise.
  • Top-notch office. Our office is amazing! We designed it ourselves and it goes beyond excellent functionality by offering all sorts of amenities, such as foosball tables and gaming consoles.
  • Generous compensation. Some companies see the role of IT professionals as marginal. We see it as essential to our productivity. We acknowledge this by offering a top-of-market salary and all the ownership you’ll need to do your best.
  • Talented, knowledgeable colleagues. You’ll get the chance to learn (and teach to!) some of the brightest and most skilled people you’ll ever meet. Your talent is going to blossom here.
  • Fun, young environment. We have near-zero hierarchy and a very relaxed workplace. Also, we’re 27 years old on average and often hang out together, so you might actually end up making new friends!
  • No micromanaging. Be the owner of your effort, you’ll be one of the team and fully trusted to take responsibility of your tasks. You’ll be given all the incentives to make a real impact.

What We Look For

  • Passion for the topic. You have a long-standing, proven passion for hardware and software configuration.
  • Reasoning and depth of learning. You’re structured and creative enough to solve most challenging problems independently, given the necessary knowledge. You quickly learn new concepts and skills, making an active effort to gain a deep understanding of relevant topics.
  • Drive. You’re energetic, hard-working, and persevere through adversity until the job is done, and done well. You get turned on by getting results, and always aim for excellence in what you do.
  • Diligence, organization. You can be blindly entrusted with big responsibilities as well as small, more menial tasks. You’re very tidy and organized in your work, so you can handle multiple tasks and responsibilities with poise.
  • Pragmatism. Far from being too obsessive in your perfectionism, you understand that in order to get things done in a competitive world, speed is often as important as quality.
  • Curiosity and initiative. You love exploring and seeking out new opportunities and testing new ideas of your own accord. You don’t just wait to be told what to do all the time.
  • Ability to relate with others. You’ll support your colleagues, often when they’re most frustrated. Consequently, you need to be patient, kind and amiable.
  • Attention to detail. You care to develop quality user experiences for your colleagues, go the extra mile to learn what they need, and tend to notice the details that make a difference.
  • Humbleness. You’re down to earth, eager to listen to people’s feedback and constructive criticism, and ready to get your hands dirty with whatever the team needs to succeed.
  • Proficient in English. You read and write proficiently, and speak at a conversational level.
  • Proficient in scripting. You need to know your way with a scripting language.
  • Expert knowledge of informatics and networks. You know how to optimize the configuration of any hardware or software that come to your premises. You are eager to get the best out of a network infrastructure.
