• developing new successful partnerships

• optimizing the current multi-million euro per year portfolio

• coordinating the required actions with each country team

You will report to the VP Corporate & Business Development and will quickly be required to be autonomous in your missions. In this role you will grow your skills in negotiation, strategic thinking, cross-team coordination, industry and financial analysis. As such, the role requires a sharp, analytical mind, a can-do attitude, attention to details and a strong commitment.

What you will directly contribute to:

• Shape our understanding of the global mobility landscape

• Identify potential targets

• Gather data to analyse potential deals

• Coordinate cross-team and cross-country processes to drive M&A processes

• Coordinate DD and deal execution

• Engage in negotiations with the targets
