The Business Intelligence Team at BlaBlaCar aims to extract insights from data to help all other teams deliver the most impactful innovations and to carry out our own data science projects using Statistics, A/B testing and Machine Learning .

While using BlaBlaCar, members can interact with each other through ratings, trip descriptions or pictures. You will work in close collaboration with our Community Relation Team to build state of the art content moderation tools and make sure only appropriate content is allowed on the platform.

What you will directly contribute to:

• Build a POC to automate content moderation (image or text)

• Find new features and data cleaning to add to our current models

• Benchmark your model against the current ones

• Share your findings and results with the rest of the team

• If the POC is successful, rollout new model (on our internal API or in the cloud)

• Build reporting and monitoring about the new algorithm
