Job Description

BlaBlaCar is launching a new business line that is set to fuel tremendous growth for the company.

As a Business Analyst, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to the expansion of the European bus market. You will be integrated to a dynamic and ambitious team whose objective is to improve the existing applications and find new solutions for the most optimal and performant distribution according to the business needs.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the optimal operation condition, quality of B2B digital evolutions: web portals, mobile apps, APIs.

What you will contribute to:

• Gathering user needs and studying the different possible functional solutions,

• Studying and validating the IS solutions in strong collaboration with the technical teams,

• Coordinating and selecting the providing of business deliveries (user stories, needs expression…),

• Organizing and executing tests phases,

• Guarantying level 1 users support, 

• Managing change towards users : trainings, documentation, user guide.

Qualifications

What you will need to be successful:

• 1+ year proven experience in IS analysis or project management

• First experience in mobile application or web/API projects

• First experience in distribution tools is a strong plus

• Written and spoken French and English skills

• Curious mindset with autonomy and proactivity

• Excellent interpersonal skills
