What you will directly contribute to:
Identify, prioritize and measure real user problems;
Imagine and build smart, scalable and consistent experiences to improve long-distance transport experiences;
Understand, reframe and optimize solutions for business needs;
Act as the user advocate within a small cross-functional team (product managers, developers, data analysts, designers), from early exploration to final implementation;
Collaborate and infuse user centricity beyond the product organisation;
Manage, inspire, and drive the work of other designers.
