You will work in close collaboration with our Central Marketing Team and Local Marketing Managers, working together towards innovative communications and performant marketing strategy. The core of our BI stack is composed of Tableau and SQL.

What you will directly contribute to:

• Driving our marketing strategy and optimization efforts by providing actionable insights on the performance of our communication channels (online, mobile and offline)

• Supporting our performance marketing experts to run A/B test communication campaigns by designing a clean experiment framework, gathering data and analyzing results

• Working with our CRM team to launch and iterate on emailing campaigns and programs, in order to improve members’ activation and retention

• Proactively conducting exploratory data projects to foster ‘smart marketing’ within the organization
