Job Description

BlaBlaCar has launched a new long-distance bus business line that is set to fuel tremendous growth for the company. It is a marketplace for bus operators to sell their seats to passengers across the globe.

The B2B team is obsessed with one question: How can we help bus operators manage their business in the most efficient manner?

What you will directly contribute to:

• Co-build an actionable product vision that you own

• Define and communicate the strategy of your product

• Lead the prioritization and roadmap process

• Understand the different types of users and relate to them with empathy

• Identify the right success metrics and tracking them

• Constantly improve the full process idea > specs > production > analysis

• Provide Engineering team with clear and comprehensive specifications

Qualifications

 What you will need to be successful:

• 8 years of experience in product management, including at 4 years in a B2B environment

• Experienced in working on a day-to-day basis with engineers

• Entrepreneurial, creative and analytical spirit

• Strong user-focus

• Curious mind with an appetite for solving complex issues emphatizing with use

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Fluency in English and Russian
