• Evangelization: developing a strong data culture throughout the organization.
• Research: seeking out best practices and innovative data usage, both within and outside the company.
• Execution: ensuring the delivery of data science and analytics exploration projects with proven value under high quality standards.
• Support: advising teams on how to address their data challenges and issue clear guidelines.
• People: managing talents (acquisition, retention) in the team and the development path of individuals.
