Why do we need you?
We have several user-facing Web Applications - all built with the latest Rails standards. Those Rails Apps support growth initiatives as well as integrations with core features. This is where you come in.
As one of our Growth developers you will:
- Ship landing pages
- Develop new A/B tests: convert design into MVP, measure funnels, and performance of new features
- Develop new features for our Rails Web App and Magazine
To do this, we believe you should have:
- 5+ years of Ruby on Rails development experience
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, BEM, Dust.js, etc.
- Experience with AWS and Docker
- A clear understanding of distributed systems
- Familiarity with concepts of microservices
- Familiarity with concepts of A/B testing
