Job Description

We are looking for a senior Product Owner/Product Manager who is passionate about designing efficient Business Logic from provisioning over fulfilment to invoicing and reporting.

You know how to identify the “why” and the “what” and are experienced in using all relevant product management techniques to specify and develop new features together with the engineering teams? Then continue reading!

You will work not only close with the development team but furthermore you will collaborate with stakeholders from Business Operations, Sales, Product- & Development.

Once here you will:

  • Be keen on understanding and defining business logic that drives the efficiency of Bonial’s internal tools 

  • Shape and co-own the product roadmap for the development teams, and share the business context with them

  • Break down initiatives into epics/stories for development with the team

  • Analyse in details processes based on data and interactions with stakeholders   

  • Define and monitor the success criteria and relevant OKR’s

  • Prioritise the backlog based on the business context 

  • Prepare process diagrams, mock-ups and wireframes

  • Present ideas and communicate status quo and expected timelines and keeping all relevant stakeholders in the loop with diligent and structured communication 

Qualifications

What you should bring (ideally):

  • 2-3yrs + experience in tech product management 
  • Background business analysis and/or AD-Tec-Companies is ideal
  • Requirements gathering experience and the ability to quickly translate business ideas into functional requirements and user stories
  • Experience with working with remote development teams, with internal users and developing internal tools is a big plus
  • Ability to define the “why” and “what” with a data-driven mindset 
  • Very strong communication skills in English, German would be a plus but not mandatory
