Currently we are looking for a passionate Production Analyst (m/f/d) to join our Operations Team in Berlin. As a Production Analyst you will be responsible for ensuring steady product supply in the EU and working on monitoring and optimizing the inventory level. You will partner closely with our suppliers, warehouses and wholesale partners to ensure all purchasing orders are correct and executed on time. This will be a great opportunity to shape the operations of Casper EU and personal growth as we scale our business internationally.

When you’re not catching zzz’s, this is what you’ll do
- Manage the production of all Casper products including analytical preparation of quantities, placing purchase orders (PO) in our ERP system and ensuring POs are being shipped and received on time
- Interface autonomously with all production stakeholders on daily operations (production partners, freight forwarder and Casper warehouses)
- Execute independently quality & cost-related projects
- Establish & optimize inventory levels in collaboration with Supply Chain Manager for our European locations
- Collaborate with our product and quality team to ensure the top quality of our Casper products, report on issues, and ensure the successful resolution of all issues
- Identify & execute on areas for continual improvement
- Support accounts payable team with vendor account reconciliation
- Ensure SKU information is maintained within the ERP system, request amendments as needed
- Be responsible for seamless flow of inventory-related information in Casper systems
- Communicate updates between Operations and CX, specifically with inventory inquiries and inventory availability messaging on our website
- Has a Bachelor's degree, ideally in supply chain management/logistics, a Master’s degree is a plus
- Has 2-4 years experience in a production capacity
- Has excellent analytics, communication and organization skills
- Has solid knowledge in Excel and Google Forms (sheets, docs, slides)
- Has a deep understanding of operating process and systems
- Has native fluency in English, German is a big plus
- Is experienced with ERP systems (we are using JD Edwards)
- Is diligent and detail-oriented
- Is a proactive problem solver
- Has a no-task-is-too-small attitude
