We are currently looking for a Social Media Manager (m/f) to join our EU Communications Team. Our ideal candidate is fluent in English, German and French, has a passion for social networks, and is a content creator. You will be drafting witty banter, fostering meaningful relationships, and growing our international social media presence. You will be managing all our social channels and blog for the DACH, UK and French markets, create and repurpose content as needed, and help build the Casper community on social media worldwide.

When you’re not catching zzz’s, this is what you’ll do
- Plan and draft daily and weekly content and report on social performance metrics to our communications team
- Create new social content for each of Casper’s European markets (DACH, UK and France)
- Take over community management (comments, post, DMs) on all social channels in the five markets
- Post, manage and overview all our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram Twitter, as well as future channels)
- Grow our social media presence and audience across all Social Media Platforms
- Has a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Communications, Marketing, Arts or relevant studies
- Has proven experience in social media (brand experience, own public accounts)
- Has exceptional English, German and French skills, both written and spoken
- Is experienced in creating social assets
- Has superb copywriting skills and excellent creative chops
- Has a very strong social media presence and a great network of contacts
- Is great with people, fostering connections and building a community
- Is proactive, inquisitive, positive and collaborative
- Has a hands-on mentality and a ‘no task is too small’ attitude
- Loves sleep!
