JOB SCOPE:

Davines is looking for an International Customer Care Specialist to join Hair Care export department in order to support the distribution of the brand.

The mission is to take care of distributors’ satisfaction so to favor a long-lasting and trustful relationship with them, to provide clear and fast information and answers and to maximize the efficiency of commercial activities inside the international haircare division.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Being the referent in Customer Care department for international distributors, managing order process through different software (X3-POSPACE-BUSINESS OBJECT): Optimization of the orders, inserting promotion, bonuses, sales conditions, sending proforma to clients, following the preparation and follow up of the order and supervising the shipment until the delivery to clients;
• Checking and monitoring payment situations and statements of accounts;
• Updating and management of statistical reports, economic interlocutor of Customer Care, able to manage all numerical aspects, with management control competence in order to support the management control of Hair Care Division;
• Contract management (collecting Sales terms to create contract drafts for our Customers, relationship with Distributors and BDM in order to collect the Sales conditions);
• Updating database with sensitive data (filling and updating pricelists, client’s databases, Items descriptions, targets, sales conditions);
• Filling excel files with contractual conditions and schemes with bonus calculations;
• Managing complaints and claims;

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:

• Previous extensive experience in an International Customer Care department in well-structured and international companies;
• Excellent knowledge of the dynamics related to invoicing, letters of credit and order entry;
• Have strong interpersonal communication competences in order to build strong relations with partners and customers;
• Have a good knowledge of customer service principles and practices;
• Have a high level of independence and proactive mindset;
• Be able to manage a range of simultaneous activities in a dynamic environment, working with deadlines and on multiple tasks;
• Be a great team-player;
• Have a high knowledge of Excel and good knowledge of office;
• Good skill with numbers, analytical skills, and reporting;
• Fluency in English and in Italian, Spanish could be considered a plus.
