Davines is looking for an International Event Manager to join the event and education department in our HQ in Parma.
JOB SCOPE:
Responding directly to the International Trade Marketing and Education Director, he/she will have the mission to inspire Davines customers offering and organizing extraordinary and unforgettable events.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organization of both local and international corporate events (shows, trade exhibitions and conventions);
- International contests organization;
- Event budgeting.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:
- Have a proved experience and a strong working knowledge in Event management, organization and planning;
- Have a great customer oriented approach and mindset;
- High social, communication, and negotiation skills;
- Be able to manage and monitor costs and budgets;
- Have great time and priorities management skills;
- Have a natural interest in global culture and lifestyle a strong plus;
- Fluent in English is mandatory.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
Previous experience in international event management within the beauty sector will be considered a plus.
