Our Name

The myth says that, in 2000 BC, Daedalus, the first known architect in history, designed and built the Palace of Knossos: an incredible building with an amazing labyrinth constructed inside. We are currently looking for a Program Manager who will manage the following tasks:

• Manage cross-functional programs in a organization covering a range of areas
• Lead and prioritize strategic initiatives while working closely with teams across the organization
• Tackle complex problems with a strategic mindset and create programs for solving those problems
• Proactively identify upcoming risks, inefficiencies, issues, bottlenecks and resolve cross-team issues
• Provide day-to-day coordination and quality checks for projects and tasks
• Define and own metrics and key performance indicators

Required Skills:

• University Degreee in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business or equivalent experience
• 3+ years experience as a (Technical) Program Manager or Project Manager working in a cross-functional environment
• Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams
• Experience managing and overseeing multiple on-going initiatives simultaneously
• Experience operating autonomously and driving and setting goals for multiple teams
• Cross-functional communication and collaboration experience
• Willing to travel and make business trips
• Sound command of English
