We are looking for a social media guru to join our growing marketing team in our Milan HQ. You will be involved in:
  • Drafting and executing our social media strategy, by creating, maintaining and growing our communities across new and existing social networks
  • The ideation and publishing of relevant, high-quality and (where possible) viral content
  • Managing, scheduling, and publishing the annual social media calendar
  • Implementing broad-reaching campaigns and strategies to grow brand awareness
  • Testing everything
  • Working very closely with our Senior Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Specialist to generate targeting and creative ideas and ensure all activity is aligned and measured
  • Working closely with designers and copywriters on the creation of new assets
  • Co-ordinating your efforts with our support team
  • Identifying and measuring relevant goals and KPIs
  • Working proactively to generate content when you see an opportunity
  • All while staying on top of your game in the latest trends

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role:
  • Has a BA/BSc in any discipline (Humanities/Marketing/Communications preferred)
  • Is fluent in English, other language skills are considered a plus
  • Has previous experience in social media or PR (at least 3-4 years)
  • Has an excellent and proven experience in managing social media posts and campaigns with a verifiable impact
  • Has excellent analytical skills and is proficient with relevant industry tools
  • Has a good general knowledge of digital marketing best practices, any previous experience is a plus
  • Has an eye for detail and good design with a customer-centric mindset
  • Has strong research skills - you are curious and never want to stop learning
  • Is comfortable working with tight deadlines
  • Experience in Medical/Pharma industry is a plus
