The new team player

We are looking for a social media guru specialized in content creation who can enhance our brand and build strong online communities through our various social media platforms.

You will be involved in:
  • Creating and optimizing social media content that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between Empatica and its audience.
  • Developing and sharing monthly social media calendars in alignment with seasonal plans, promotions, events, outside trends, and holidays.
  • Performing social media community management duties including posting, live tweeting and monitoring.
  • Engaging with Empatica's social media community and influencers to increase engagement with the brand.
  • Responding to social comments, tags, hashtags, and working closely with our Support Team to ensure customer concerns and service issues are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Working closely with our Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and implement broad-reaching campaigns and strategies aimed at growing brand awareness, increasing engagement and maintaining a positive community sentiment for Empatica.
  • Coordinating the content development efforts with the Design Team.
  • Identifying and measuring relevant goals and KPIs.
  • Working closely with our Senior Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Specialist to generate targeting and creative ideas and ensure all activity is aligned and measured.
  • Providing the management team with insights gained from routine health checks of the Empatica social media spaces, and offering feedback related to hot topics, issues and trends.
  • Developing best practices and recommending innovative rules of engagement.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role:
  • Has a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in English / Communications or related discipline.
  • Is a native English speaker, with a passion for storytelling.
  • Has previous experience of at least 2 years in one the following disciplines: social media, communication, content marketing, PR.
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Has an excellent technical knowledge of best practices in social media marketing and is proficient with the relevant industry tools.
  • Has a proven ability in managing multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Has a customer-centric mindset focused on fostering a long-lasting relationship with customers and enhancing their experience.
  • Has a good understanding of the customer journey in order to increase customer focus and communicate more effectively.
  • Has the ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Has good analytical skills, supported by natural curiosity, to forecast and identify trends and opportunities in the digital ecosystem.
  • Has the ability to prioritize, multitask and focus while adhering to strict project timelines.
