Job Responsibilities:

• Proactively screen high-potential entrepreneurs running companies with a tentative range of €1 million - €20 million in annual revenues.

• Leverage Endeavor’s network of business leaders, investors and entrepreneurs to build a pipeline of entrepreneur candidates.

• Assess companies’ growth potential, critical challenges, and the entrepreneurial capacity of the team.

• Complete detailed and high-quality reports and financials for candidate businesses.

• Keep up-to-date statistics on Endeavor’s Selection Process, familiarize oneself with pipeline management tools and support office calls through note-taking and updating Salesforce.

• Prepare and train candidates for the selection panels, manage logistics, and coordinate required calls.

• Collaborate with the Entrepreneur Selection and Growth teams of Endeavor offices globally, looking to share best practices in the pre and post selection processes in order to guarantee optimal results.

• Participate in national and international events as needed.

• Provide onsite support in event, partner, and network services.

• Monitor accounts and ensure that entrepreneurs are aware of programs and opportunities offered by Endeavor, and proactively suggest relevant services.

• Suggest collaborations and researching potential mentoring connections for companies.

• Contribute to overall management by reports and dashboards regularly to monitor service delivery, maintaining records of all meetings and processes in Salesforce and other management tools.

Desired Skills and Experience 

• Strong interest for Endeavor’s mission and global approach

• Passion for entrepreneurship, venture capital, economics and/or international development.

• Extremely fast learner with high fluid intelligence.

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).

• Fluency in Italian (100%) and English (100%), oral and written.

• High interpersonal and organizational abilities and strong attention to detail.

• Ability to identify and evaluate entrepreneurs, business models, companies, and projects.

• Flexibility with respect to tasks and time.

• Familiarity with Salesforce a plus.

• High ambition with low ego.

Structure

3-6 month Internship, 6-month preferred.
