Festicket is looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join the Finance team based in Camden, London.

This role will report to the Financial Control and Accounting Manager. The candidate should have an adaptable mindset to be a key facilitator of the growth plans Festicket has.

The candidate will work with the wider Finance team and the rest of the business to evolve the vision for Finance and deliver a best-in-class finance team.

At Festicket we are building a finance team that goes beyond the numbers and has a passion for improving business performance. This role is a key part of that vision.


Your Responsibilities

  • Provide support across all aspects of financial management
  • Data import and month end provisions for sales reconciliation and partner share accruals, AR reconciliation and refunds
  • Deferred revenue, accrued income/commission, accrued partner share, prepayment partner share
  • Provide supporting reconciliation sheets for review for above areas
  • VAT submission calculation support
  • Monthly balance sheet reconciliation
  • Assistance with preparation of Festicket's annual accounts as well as annual audit process
  • Supporting the finance team in the continuous process improvement and financial controls, taking ownership of a number of control procedures and driving automation of the month end process
  • Ability to analyze and make recommendations to improve internal processes
  • Supporting the finance team on any other ad-hoc tasks required
  • Requirements

  • Be studying CIMA or ACCA (Part-qualified)
  • Have recent knowledge of producing Management Accounts/Statutory Accounts
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills, numbers are your thing.
  • Experience working with Netsuite
  • Strong excel skills
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented; able to multitask and work on multiple ongoing projects
  • Strong interpersonal and cross group collaboration skills, ability to drive simplicity
  • Experience working in multi territory online business and associated knowledge of international tax considerations
  • Experience working within a high volume transactional business and proven examples of simplifying complex processes through technology
  • You’ll be highly organised, detail oriented and meticulous
  • Ability to multitask and work on multiple ongoing projects
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to delve into complex details, whilst taking a high level view
  • Team player with a high level of integrity, a positive “can-do” attitude and an eagerness to learn and help other members of the team

    YOUR ROLE

    We are looking for an intelligent, driven and truly exceptional individual to join our operations team and help our business continue to scale effectively.

    This role will involve working with a number of different stakeholders in the business, including our Account Management and Finance Team. You will be owning our CRM system, which is at the heart of processes run by almost all of our departments, making sure to balance the needs of all the teams using it, and keeping them on track with the processes that you implement.

    People will come to you with a range of challenges they are experiencing and you will need to apply your creative and technical skills to problem solve and improve the way the business operates.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ownership of our CRM. This will involve continuous improvements to our processes as well as being the main port of call for any questions.
  • Responsible for ensuring our order delivery KPIs will be hit.
  • Ensure our fulfillment operations are efficient and cost effective.
  • Design process improvements and more importantly implement them effectively to ensure they are adhered to.
  • Ownership of other business critical software used for contracting with festivals and automating processes.
  • Continuous improvements to our software training processes and documentation.
  • Requirements

  • Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets experience. You will be using vlookups and pivot tables regularly.
  • Minimum 2.i or equivalent Bachelor/Master’s degree from a top University.
  • Experience working with a CRM would be beneficial.
  • Confidence and conviction in your ideas and opinions.
  • Ability to work and manage expectations of a range of stakeholders.
  • Self-starter who is happy to work independently.

    THE ROLE

    Festicket is looking for a Portuguese/Spanish speaking Performance Marketing Specialist to join the team. You will be closely working within our team assisting with the day to day running of a team of 5. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement, Optimise and manage paid search campaigns
  • Ensure PPC campaigns are up and optimised according best practice guidelines
  • Manage medium to large-sized PPC budgets Based on ROAS
  • Ensure Conversion rate and ROAS optimisation based on targets
  • Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing to ensure all paid search activity falls in line with the digital marketing strategy
  • Keep up to date with the latest industry trends
  • Analyse and recommend based on results
  • A/B testing at scale on Landing pages, copy, market segmentation, Bid optimisation...
  • Management of display activities & remarketing
  • Requirements

  • Fluent in Portuguese or Spanish (both is a plus)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (agency or client-side)
  • Strong Paid Search knowledge, with a hunger to learn more.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Proven track record in driving successful paid search, paid social, display campaigns
  • Experience working with large budget international PPC campaigns, within an ROI focused environment.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Creative - constantly coming up with new, imaginative ideas to explore and test.
  • Passion for digital marketing in general
  • Effective communication and reporting skills
  • Strong Excel knowledge

    The Role:

    - Working with and managing relationships with existing external suppliers.

    - Managing our travel offering and keeping it up to date.

    - Supporting senior contractors with uploading deals onto our system.

    - Contracting hotels as well as travel options.


    Requirements

  • Fluent English (written/spoken).
  • A student studying a degree, in either a UK based higher education institute or an EU University.
  • Strong organisational skills and very detail oriented.
  • Experienced working in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking & successfully reaching deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of Excel including using formula.
  • Good maths level for price and margin calculations.
  • Quick at understanding backend systems.

    THE ROLE

    Festicket is looking for a Spanish/Portuguese speaking account manager to join the team. You will be closely working with different suppliers across all regions focusing on camping, transportation and accommodation products. You will be managing allocations, solving customer enquiries and maintaining the client relationship.

    DAY TO DAY TASKS

  • Act as the operational contact at Festicket for festivals / suppliers.
  • Work with the business development team to schedule, load and launch new products.
  • Liaise with suppliers to maintain good stock levels across all products.
  • Manage the closing of sales, including working with the fulfilment team to ensure customer orders are delivered on time.
  • Co-ordinate with customer services and festivals / suppliers to solve issues that arise.
  • Respond to client enquiries and requests quickly and efficiently.
  • Requirements

  • Fluency in English.
  • Spoken and native-level written Spanish and/or Portuguese.
  • Able maintain relationships with different suppliers.
  • Strong organisational skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical & detail oriented, comfortable with Excel
