• Build the Sales strategy from Acquisition to Account Management; and support our B2B sales and distribution through travel agencies, airlines, commercial chains, etc
• Negotiate and acquire key accounts to build a strong sales network to make our company a recognized and loved mobility brand in the US
• Manage and activate our partners by proposing attractive incentives and keeping close relationship to ensure their satisfaction
• Integrate our sales partnerships to our databases and system integration (booking/CRM)
• Measure the performance of your accounts and campaigns through KPIs and business cases
• Create reports and define new measurements to analyse and optimize performance
• Think outside of the box: regularly propose new ideas and innovate campaigns to push our sales offline
• Manage your own marketing budget and pitch for extra budget when needed to test and scale campaigns to take offline sales to the next level
• Be the contact person for all Sales marketing measures in answering all internal stakeholders • A Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Business or a tourism-related field • Profound professional experience in a touristic company • A minimum of 1-3 years of B2B sales experience; online marketing experience is a plus • Marketing performance mindset and experience working with KPIs is required • Tech-savvy, comfortable using multiple online tools including MS Office, Outlook and Salesforce • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, analytical skills and a structured way of thinking • Hands on attitude, experience in a start-up environment is a plus • Spanish-speaking is a plus

• You will set up and optimize our collaborations with the local partners and become their trustworthy partner.
• You ensure, adapt, and optimize our quality and service standards according to the needs of the czech market.
• You will take responsibility for an accurate start of each new route

• You will be responsible for your own projects, which will support the customer satisfaction. • Relevant experience in travel or mobility services • 1 to 2 years of work experience • The ability to adequately deal with different stakeholders (business partners, bus drivers, station managers, or regional authorities) with high social and negotiation skills. • Trustworthiness, engagement, and flexibility as well as a hands-on mentality • Highly motivated in achievement and the necessary entrepreneurial drive to develop an international venture with us. • Excellent Czech and good English language skills.

• Think outside of the box: regularly propose new ideas and innovate campaigns to reach our target group effectively
• Manage your own marketing budget and pitch for extra budget when needed to test and scale campaigns to take offline marketing to the next level
• Create reports and define new performance measurements to analyse and optimize campaign efficiency
• Support the headquarters for campaigns by suggesting topics, content and graphics for all online channels (social media, e-mail, mobile, etc)
• Be the contact person for all offline marketing measures in answering all internal stakeholders • A Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Media Studies, or related field • 1-3 years of online marketing; offline marketing experience is a plus • Marketing performance mindset and experience working with KPIs is required • Tech-savvy, comfortable using multiple online tools including MS Office, Outlook and Salesforce • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, analytical skills and a structured way of thinking • Previous Leadership experience is a plus • Hands on attitude, experience in a start-up environment is a plus • Spanish-speaking is a plus
