Descrizione

• You carry out trainings of the drivers independently
• You train the drivers in conduct, communication and our brand image
• You are responsible for the creation and development of target-specific training plans, learning materials, and presentations
• You help to ensure the best quality of service is offered to our customers
• You contribute to the (further) development, realization and evaluation of existing and new training concepts • Several years of professional experience as a trainer or motivator
• Secure in handing of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
In posession of a drivers license
• Passion for the transportation sector
• Strong communication skills, as well as the talent to inspire people
• High service orientation
• Knowledge of diverse and modern teaching methods
• Fluent in Czech and English or German, knowledge of any other Eastern European language is a plus
