Descrizione
As a key member of the local management team you take an active role making business decisions and challenge management business initiativesYou develop financial models to evaluate feasibility of business ideas
You design, integrate, and implement financial processes and structures in the regional subsidiary, supported by our headquarters
You take full responsibility for all finance related topics for Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria
You prepare and review month- and year-end close and financial statements in cooperation with our accountants and tax advisors
You contribute to improvement initiatives, such as accruals, audit, IFRS implementation
You lead a regional finance team and communicate closely with the finance department in Munich At least 5 years of working experience, ideally in the fields of auditing (Big 4), or corporate finance in a start-up, or dynamic SME environment
Extensive experience in finance processes, financial models and planning
Track record of successful personal and occupational projects
Accurate and structured work style, combined with a strong commitment
Proactive, “self-starter” attitude
Team management experience, strong leadership skills
Bachelor or Master degree in management or economics, major in Finance/Controlling/Accounting desirable
Native level in Hungarian and fluent in English, Romanian or Bulgarian is a plus
