Descrizione
• You are involved in designing and implementing strategic projects to improve the customer journey• You optimize the existing equipment on board our entire international fleet (for example in entertainment, corporate fashion or self-check-in)
• You test and evaluate new products, services and concepts through to the fleet-wide roll-out, thereby actively contribute to the continuous optimization of the customer experience
• You work closely with our international teams, marketing and market research, and external partners
• You support our Travel Experience team in day-to-day operations • You are an enrolled student of economics or a comparable degree program and have min. 5 months time
• Ideally you have first experience in project and / or product management
• You drive ideas through initiative, enthusiasm and team engagement
- You want to develop new products and services, test them in an international environment and roll them out across the fleet
- You can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and would like to actively develop solutions
• You are fluent German and English and are not afraid to apply them in regular internal and external communication; further European language skills are a plus
• You are comfortable in dealing with the common MS Office products
• You are characterized by a reliable, structured and very independent way of working
