• You'll be part of the Customer Retention team with million-sized datasets daily baked and freedom to test whatever it takes to achieve a unique goal: generate incremental growth from the existing customers!• You will drive innovation in our customer communication by questioning every single step of our Customer Journey and looking for missing potential
• You will shape solutions and test/prototype them to deliver reliable information in terms of potential, cost and scalability • Bachelor's/Master's degrees in Management, Economics or similar
• Experience with CRM, App marketing is a plus
• Quantitative mindset forcing you to take only data driven decisions
• Tech lover who can learn everything in a reasonable amount of time
• Comfortable looking at things with customers eyes
• You think that no business challenge is impossible before you tried to solve it
• Fast executioner and you could spend nights on a project when in "rage" mode
• Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented working -style
• Strong analytical skills
• Growth is your passion, not just your job
• Native speaker level in English; every other (European) language is a plus
