• Define and execute our concepts and ideas for an outstanding customer experience
• Implement measures and your own ideas, how to improve and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Manage cross-functional teams with internal and external stakeholders throughout Europe
• Solve any issues and challenges faced in day-to-day operations regarding our product and quality
• Play an integral part in changing the transportation industry that will turn into long-lasting success, your attention to detail and customer needs will be required and valued every day • Degree in business, economics or related fields of study
• Work experience in project management, quality management, business management, management consulting, or similar
• Highly motivated in achievement and the necessary drive to improve status quo
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Self-reliance, reliability, and conscientiousness
• Fluent in German and English, every other language is a plus
