Descrizione

• You convince and recruit the most promising candidates to join our successful venture and support our growth on an international level
• You are responsible for the entire recruitment process, are the main point of contact for our Hiring Managers and assure a smooth process along the way
• You enable the market entry in new regions and push our employer brand in the target markets
• You develop employer branding activities and represent our company on job fairs at Universities or other recruitment events throughout Europe
• You take over ad hoc projects and contribute to the further development of our recruitment section by sharing your ideas and bringing them to life • Excellent degree in economics, business or social sciences, preferably with a focus on HR
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, ideally in start-ups or a dynamic company (strategy consulting, digital business, etc.)
• Activities outside your academic background show us that you are ready to take the responsibility and to contribute to the further development of our company
• You are fluent in English, German as well as any other European language is a plus
• Your work style is proactive, you are committed, team oriented and follow an accurate and structured way of thinking
• You are highly motivated, assertive and passionate about achieving your goals
