Descrizione

• You consult and advise Italian speaking customers which contact us via Phone and E-Mail to rent busses and provide them with offers for their requests
• You convert the offers you made by interacting with customers via E-Mail and reaching out to them via Phone
• You engage with existing customers that have upcoming trips with us to support us in delivering an optimal trip experience
• You interact with your colleagues in the execution team daily so they can book in the busses and services you bundled together with your customers
• You elaborate on innovative ways to convert potential customers
• You are an integral part of the Italian Charter team located in Munich, Germany and you report to the Head of Sales Charter • Bachelor/Master in Business Administration, economics, tourism management or similar
• First working experience in Sales and/or Account Management
• Entrepreneurial spirit, independent worker, persuasive communicator, costumer focused working-style
• Fluent in Italian and English, every other European language is a plus
